Deborah ArmstrongPresident & Owner
Deborah is an attorney and former physical therapist with over 25 years experience in health care as a clinician and program manager/administrator before being appointed as Cabinet Secretary of NM Aging & Long-Term Services Dept. in 2004. Deborah is also a current State Representative, elected in 2014.
Reena SzczepanskiVice President
Reena Szczepanski has broad ranging experience in the areas of health, public policy, state government and nonprofit management.  She has developed a particular emphasis on leadership development, staff management and board development.  She is a graduate of Brown University.
Jill RiesterCEO
Jill has over 20 years experience working with government agencies, nonprofits, small businesses, and political campaigns. Her focus is on helping organizations grow and prosper by first building a strong financial foundation. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and joined Delta in 2016.
Maggie NewmanDirector of Operations
Maggie Newman’s experience in management in the legal field prepared her to make the transition to association management. She excels at maintaining multiple projects and interacting with a diverse range of topics. Maggie joined Delta in 2017.
Ashley SandersonProgram Director
Ashley joined Delta Consulting Group in 2010.  She has a wide breadth of experience in the areas of program management, event planning, government policy, training and adult education, communications, organizational development and board management.  
Meggin LorinoProgram Director
Meggin has over a decade of experience in non-profit program management, specifically working to promote special populations’ health and well-being. For the past 7 years, she worked for Baker Ripley, one of the nation’s top 1% non-profits as the director of Neighborhood Based Senior Services. Meggin is passionate about about supporting individuals’ ability to age in community. She has extensive experience in compliance management, strategic planning and evaluation, grant writing, and community development. Meggin holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico.
Kristina CampbellProgram Director
Kristina started her career in 2003 as an insurance agent and found that she had a love and skill for customer service and problem solving. As an independent health insurance agent Kristina broadened her experience by working clients in the New Mexico Medical Insurance Pool. She joined Delta Consulting Group in 2009 and works as a program director.
Alex BazanProject Manager
Alex comes to Delta Consulting after working for elected officials in a variety of capacities. In each position, she has specifically focused on building meaningful relationships with a range of diverse communities in New Mexico, as well as project development and management. She is a native of Albuquerque with a passion for investing in and giving back to her community.
Lydia GoslingMultimedia Program Manager
Lydia graduated from the University of New Mexico. She has several years experience in graphic design and web-management. She began working for New Mexico Association for Home & Hospice Care (NMAHHC) in May of 2015, and found a passion for the members. With Lydia’s skills include social marketing, content design, and database management. She joined Delta Consulting Group in September of 2016, and works as the Multimedia Program Manager.
Joe AndreisIT Manager
Joe has a diverse background in technology integration in education, government, healthcare and non-profit organizations. His professional services focus on organizational capacity, internal processes and alignment to key initiatives for the client. For Delta, Joe manages information technology resources for other state and national organizations in the health care sector.
